Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German skills for a Spain-based, remote/hybrid role. The candidate will support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities, focusing on statistical programming for Module 4 analyses and clinical trial data interpretation.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in biostatistics or data science with HTA/AMNOG exposure, strong SAS/R programming, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets and German AMNOG processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and structured output skills.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken (absolute must).

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team.
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA and HTA bodies.
