Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Junior HR Analyst to support core HR operations and people-related processes, helping to deliver a positive employee experience. You will work closely with HR, leadership, and staff to ensure smooth onboarding, records management, and daily HR tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HR or admin experience.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
• Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication.
• Help maintain HR systems, documentation, and data accuracy.
• Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Assist in organizing training, development, and HR programs.
• Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
