Job summary

BairesDev seeks a Corporate Travel Agent to coordinate international travel for clients and employees. You will manage flights, accommodations, visas, transfers, and cost controls while building trusted relationships across the organization.

You should have 2+ years in corporate travel and 4+ years in travel planning, with a good command of English. The role offers 100% remote work, competitive USD or local currency pay, and growth opportunities within a global Top 1% tech team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel.
• 4+ years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and related services.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze and optimize existing travel processes for savings and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of passport, visa rules, and travel regulations across destinations.
• Lead visa strategy executions and coordinate housing and benefits.
• Document and update processes, proposing improvements.
