Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract. Bring deep expertise in clinical data governance to evaluate AI-generated content, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve AI training outcomes in hospital data environments.

You will work asynchronously with a team of domain experts, shaping data standards and quality criteria while remaining flexible with a 10–40 hours/week commitment. Remote, contract-based, and independently driven.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data governance or health informatics.
• Strong HIPAA and health data privacy understanding.
• Ability to translate clinical data into feedback for AI.
• Experience with remote, asynchronous collaboration.

Responsibilities
