Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to apply clinical data expertise to AI development. This remote, hourly contract role lets you contribute real-world healthcare experience to evaluating AI outputs and improving model reasoning.

You will work asynchronously 10-40 hours per week, review AI outputs related to EHR workflows, annotate findings, and provide clear feedback to health IT and AI teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced with healthcare data and EHR systems.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and trend analysis.
• Able to communicate findings clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR workflows, and clinical decision-making
• Apply knowledge of health information systems to assess accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading outputs in AI responses involving clinical or administrative healthcare scenarios
• Provide structured, expert feedback using clear rating rubrics and written notes
• Help train AI models to better understand and reason about complex healthcare environments
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
