Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to shape how AI interprets and uses hospital data. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week.

You will define and enforce data governance standards for accuracy, privacy, and security, collaborating with clinical, IT, compliance, and operations teams to align policies for AI model training and evaluation. Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data governance or health data management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA).
• Proven ability to collaborate with clinical, IT, compliance and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data governance standards for accuracy, consistency, and security of hospital records.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, compliance, and operations stakeholders to align data policies.
• Evaluate and improve quality of healthcare data used to support AI model training.
• Identify gaps in data integrity, privacy compliance, and governance controls, and propose solutions.
• Enable governed data pipelines that support patient care, reporting, analytics, and AI development.
• Work independently and asynchronously on structured, task-based assignments.
