Your Role
The Market Operations Specialist will be responsible for building the operational foundation of new markets, including recruiting the local sales team, establishing processes, and ensuring smooth operations. This role includes a strong focus on early-stage sales, working directly with customers and supporting the local team to achieve commercial success. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Global Expansion and other team members to ensure every new market is set up to thrive.
