Family Office is seeking a forward-thinking Head of Finance to lead the financial team and shape the organization's financial strategy. You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while guiding risk management and external relations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, professional certifications (CPA/CFA/ACCA) preferred
• 8+ years in finance management with strategic leadership
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
• Fluency in Russian and English

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team (3-4 ppl) to high performance
• Formulate and execute financial strategies to support growth and efficiency
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting accuracy
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to guide decisions
• Monitor financial metrics and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Engage with auditors, banks, and investors for external relations
• Implement financial controls and policies to safeguard assets
• Provide strategic financial insights at executive level
