Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of brand to help train its latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will shape brand strategy, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and refine narrative craftsmanship across decks, guidelines, and collateral.

This fully remote, flexible role is 5–20 hours per week (more if desired). Start ASAP and collaborate with consumer and B2B brands in a cutting-edge AI environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for consumer, agency, or in-house teams.
• Portfolio of shipped campaigns or brand guidelines reflecting strong design judgment.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with clear written communication.

Responsibilities
