Ethos is seeking an experienced brand and creative director to help train an AI language model on professional document tasks. This fully remote, flexible role asks for 5+ years of leadership in brand strategy or creative direction for consumer brands, agencies, or in-house teams.

You will produce and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows. The position offers 5–20 hours per week with a remote schedule and ASAP start.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks reflecting professional design judgment.

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop brand positioning decks, campaign briefs, visual identity guidelines, and sponsorship decks.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
