Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior brand manager to guide brand strategy, creative direction, and production of professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for AI training workflows. You will evaluate and refine AI-generated collateral across brand positioning decks, guidelines, marketing one-pagers, and calendar content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for consumer brands, agencies, or in-house marketing teams.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks that reflect professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
