Nodes & Links is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner of Innovation to join its fully remote team. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for breakthrough offerings, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring ideas to life.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management, a strong track record of launching new products, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management or ownership focusing on innovation.
• Proven record of launching new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Technical background or strong software development understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success.
• Facilitate product launch activities and internal training.
