Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Technical Lead for GPU Infrastructure to helm a global, remote-enabled engineering team. The role focuses on building and operating GPU compute platforms with Slurm, Kubernetes, and bare-metal acceleration, spanning from cluster bootstrap to production inference at scale.

Formación

• Eight or more years hands-on engineering leading infrastructure platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
• Slurm at scale with real users: partitions, QoS, accounting and upgrades.
• GPU fleet operation on bare metal and NVIDIA driver lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Own the platform architecture end to end with high/low-level designs.
• Lead and line-manage a distributed team across backend/frontend/DevOps/QA.
• Design and operate a managed Slurm service for researchers and labs.
• Own cluster bootstrap, lifecycle, upgrades and day-2 operations.
• Drive multi-GPU, multi-node inference at scale with reliability.
• Oversee observability, SLOs, incident response and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with research, model-training and product teams to translate workloads.
