Mistral is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide the Cloud Platform team building sovereign AI compute infrastructure. You will balance architecture decisions with hands-on work, shaping a secure, isolated environment for AI agents and reinforcement learning workloads.

You will lead hiring, coaching and growth, while partnering with Product Managers to turn frontier research into practical, scalable primitives used by customers across Europe and beyond.

Formación

• Proven people leadership experience (2+ years).
• Shipped production systems in Go.
• Deep Linux internals and container tech.
• Experience with network isolation and secure architectures.

Responsabilidades
