Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Sustainability Operations Excellence Manager to lead Lean, Kaizen, and enterprise integration across Sustainability & EHS for the Electrification Segment worldwide, building the operational backbone to meet the 2030 targets with scalable governance across countries and business lines.

You will drive M&A due diligence, post‑merger integration, injury prevention programs, and H&S performance reporting, aligning policies with leadership goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt+ certification or equivalent is a differentiator.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in operational excellence or business transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed Kaizen methodology across the Sustainability & EHS function globally.
• Implement Lean processes and governance to improve cycle times and standardise workflows.
• Lead M&A due diligence and post-merger integration for Sustainability & EHS.
• Co-design and oversee serious injury prevention programs and I&I rate reduction plans.
• Own and govern H&S reporting, metrics, and dashboards for leadership decisions.
