Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven legal professional to join our fast-growing team in Madrid. You will draft and negotiate cross-border contracts, support product launches, and advise across the business on technology, regulatory, and governance matters.

You will work with AI-powered workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency, partner with product teams, and help shape our global operations while upholding high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts with cross-border vendors and customers, reviewing confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS and other tech agreements.
• Support product launches by drafting external communications, legal terms, and policies with AI-assisted first drafts.
• Advise across the business and collaborate with outside counsel on technology, product, marketing, regulatory matters, IP, consumer protection, and AI governance.
• Manage disputes and litigation in relevant jurisdictions, coordinating with external advisers.
• Guide labour-related matters globally in alignment with company values and culture.
• Build scalable legal tools, forms, playbooks, and AI-powered workflows for rapid growth.
• Stay ahead of regulation and identify opportunities to unlock value for evolving needs.
