Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Packaging & Artwork Project Manager to lead packaging and digital asset development from concept to final production. You will coordinate between Marketing, Agencies, Artwork Studios, Printers and Production teams across global brands in a highly international environment.

You will manage deadlines, ensure on-time, on-quality delivery, and provide visibility on timing and the global roadmap to stakeholders. Remote role with a 2-year contract and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design/pre-press agency experience in account management and/or project management.
• Experience in cross-functional teams managing agency relationships and packaging artwork projects.
• Excellent knowledge of the graphic chain and packaging, printing processes, proofing and colour management.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; able to lead meetings and coordinate across markets.
• Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork production between agencies, printers and client.
• Ensure deadlines and monitor progress with production.
• Deliver on-time and on-quality packaging.
• Provide visibility on timing and global roadmap to client and teams.
• Lead packaging development stages from brief to design agency coordination.
• Validate key pack elements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Input packaging elements into internal systems and manage translations.
• Brief pre-press/repro partners with required specs.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with adaptation partners to ensure on-time printing.
• Deliver all files to printers and oversee proof printing.
• Support digital archiving of packaging assets and manage rights.
• Manage assigned project budgets and ensure financial control.
• Maintain attention to detail and timeline discipline; follow latest printing solutions.
• Assist marketing with best execution choices.
