Job summary

SGS & Co is seeking a Graphic Packaging Manager to join our onsite team and lead packaging artwork projects from briefing to final approval. You will coordinate between marketing, artwork studios and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and excellence across a diverse packaging portfolio.

The role requires 3–4 years in design/pre-press, project management, or artwork coordination, with strong knowledge of packaging workflows and print production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic arts, design/pre-press agency, or client-side
• Good understanding of packaging workflows and print production processes
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing packaging artwork projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork production between our team and clients
• Follow-up of production and deadlines, ensuring on-time and on-quality delivery
• Develop and execute packaging ranges
• Perform quality control
• Train new members of our customer teams in the artwork process
• Drive continuous improvement for artwork processes and align with global guidelines
• Guard brand guidelines
• Build relationships across supply chain to enable first-class service
• Take ownership of on-site relationship with marketing and supporting departments
