Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Packaging Project Manager to lead and coordinate packaging-related projects across markets and business units. The role balances commercial objectives, timelines, costs, and feasibility, driving standardization and efficiency.

You will work at the intersection of product, marketing, operations, supply chain, procurement, and quality, ensuring projects move from concept to implementation with strong stakeholder engagement.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in project management, product management, packaging, supply chain, operations, or a cross-functional role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead international packaging projects from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate packaging updates, redesigns, replacements, and new developments across markets.
  • Ensure on-time delivery aligned with business objectives and stakeholder support.
  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks to secure successful execution.
  • Drive standardization and portfolio optimization across packaging solutions.

About the Role

An international branded company is looking for a Packaging Project Manager to lead and coordinate packaging-related projects across multiple markets and business units.

This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, operations, supply chain, procurement, and quality, ensuring that packaging initiatives are successfully delivered from concept to implementation. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of packaging developments, balancing commercial objectives, operational feasibility, timelines, costs, and business priorities.

Beyond project execution, the role will play a key part in driving standardization, reducing complexity, and improving the overall efficiency of packaging solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Packaging Projects
  • Manage international packaging projects from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate the implementation of packaging updates, redesigns, replacements, and new developments across different markets.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and supported by all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to anticipate risks and secure successful execution.
Drive Efficiency and Standardization
  • Review existing packaging solutions and identify opportunities to simplify, harmonize, and optimize the overall portfolio.
  • Evaluate the impact of new requests and initiatives on the broader packaging landscape.
  • Support decision-making through data analysis, business cases, and scenario assessments.
  • Recommend alternatives, improvements, and standard approaches that enhance efficiency while maintaining business needs.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact between commercial, technical, operational, and supply chain teams involved in packaging projects.
  • Facilitate alignment among internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Drive progress by following up on actions, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining visibility on key deliverables.
  • Support collaboration across departments to ensure business requirements are translated into practical and scalable solutions.
Improve Processes and Data Management
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, project roadmaps, and portfolio records.
  • Prepare presentations and management updates for key stakeholders.
  • Consolidate and analyze information from different business systems to support planning and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, governance practices, and data management processes.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in project management, product management, packaging, supply chain, operations, or a comparable cross-functional role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English is required.
