Zusammenfassung

Silimed is seeking a senior Medical Affairs leader to drive global strategies, foster KOL collaborations, and oversee evidence generation across multiple markets. The role requires strong scientific leadership, cross-functional influence, and oversight of communications and publications.

You will work remotely from Europe with exposure to international teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory and labeling standards while advancing the product lifecycle and medical strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 10 years in pharma/biotech/medical device industries.
• Experience with breast implants is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support development and execution of global Medical Affairs strategies and scientific initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strategic scientific partnerships with KOLs, investigators, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead scientific exchange with external experts and ensure balanced, evidence-based communication of data.
• Identify evidence gaps and support IIS, RWE, publications, and collaborations.
• Gather and communicate medical insights to inform strategy, lifecycle management, and future evidence generation.
• Provide medical leadership throughout the product lifecycle and respond to medical information requests.
• Review and approve scientific and promotional claims, marketing materials, and external communications.
• Collaborate with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
• Support advisory boards, congresses, and publication strategies; monitor literature and trends.
