Job summary

Silimed is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead product families across their lifecycle with a global perspective. You will act as the core business and scientific reference, turning market intelligence into growth strategies to increase market share and profitability.

The role collaborates with Global Marketing, Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Product Marketing, or related strategic roles.
• Experience with high technical, scientific, or regulatory complexity products (Healthcare, Pharma, medical devices).
• Fluent English; advanced Spanish is highly desirable for Latin America markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for assigned product families and lifecycle plans from Phase In to Phase Out.
• Build and maintain global Product Playbooks aligning with local regulatory and commercial requirements.
• Monitor KPIs (revenue, volume, margins, market share, pricing) and advise on portfolio performance.
• Define pricing architecture, manage budgets, and build business cases for new lines and expansions.
• Translate clinical and market needs into product improvements and lead Go-to-Market strategies.
