• Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for national construction projects, incl. Oviedo.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors and build long-term relationships.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable contracts.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes: tendering, contracts administration, performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and finance to align needs.
• Monitor market trends, prices, and supplier performance to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or Master's in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value procurement portfolios.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management principles, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems.
