SD Worx assists these employers and local authorities both legally and with practical implementation, integration with suppliers and payroll and communication to their employees.

To reinforce the FIP support team, which supports clients and consultants in this, SD Worx is looking for a FIP Officer.

What do you have to offer?

  • Have at least a bachelor's degree;
  • Several years of experience in a service environment with customer contacts;
  • Enjoy working with web-based tools and the computer in general (good knowledge of standard MS Office applications);
  • Knowledge of payroll & socio-legal legislation is an asset;
  • Customer-oriented and has strong communication skills;
  • Have a proactive attitude, focused on the further optimisation of processes;
  • Can work autonomously but is also a real team player;
  • Have the necessary stress-resistance;
  • Can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Providing support to clients (via e-mail / telephone) who offer a Flex Income Plan to their employees, whether or not in collaboration with a consultant;
  • Setting up and following up customer files in a web-based tool, maintaining contact with all internal (colleagues, payroll consultants, etc.) and external parties (customers, suppliers, etc.);
  • Setting up and explaining a web-based tool to support bicycle leasing at companies;
  • Keeping the customer database, documentation, administration and planning up to date.
