Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Spain is seeking a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week) to define and elevate the visual identity for a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.

You will own design systems, build live Webflow pages, and create templates for sales and campaigns while collaborating with the founding team. You will work remotely with four hours overlap with US Eastern time, deliver motion assets, and help shape how customers perceive the brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS design or SaaS agency work.
• Portfolio shows cohesive brand identity across websites, sales materials and ads.
• Proficient in Figma with live Webflow website launches.
• Expert in PowerPoint and Google Slides templates for reuse.
• Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Fast, self-directed and able to translate briefs into multiple directions.
• Clear creative POV within an existing visual system, with improvement ideas.
• Remote work experience with reliable priority management and deadlines.
• Motion design knowledge a plus (After Effects, Lottie, Rive).
• Basic HTML/CSS; familiarity with SEO or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company design system, audit materials, document standards in Figma.
• Design and develop landing pages and site sections in Webflow from concept to live.
• Build a scalable sales presentation system in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Create advertising and social creatives across LinkedIn, paid social and display.
• Produce product mockups, feature graphics and lightweight motion assets.
• Publish and hand off assets including Webflow CMS updates and templates.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and own the direction.
• Collaborate with founders to shape the visual identity and strategy.
• Work autonomously in a fast-moving environment with minimal oversight.
• Help establish visual foundations for a growing category and brand perception.
