PSD Group is seeking an experienced FP&A professional for a remote role supporting a global finance transformation from Oracle EBusiness to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. You will shape the target finance reporting and partner with CFO, FP&A, and regional leaders across a multi-entity footprint.

Key duties include designing management P&L, cash flow and forecasting outputs, defining cost allocation and profitability logic, and ensuring data governance, migration cutover and hypercare across Fusion

Formación

• 10–15 years' experience in Group FP&A, business finance or performance management within a multi-entity international group.
• Experience covering the full FP&A output set including: management P&L, cash flow and working capital, planning and forecasting.
• Personal ownership of a management P&L, including responsibility for what it showed and for explaining it to senior management.
• Direct experience running planning and forecast cycles end to end, including build, challenge and presentation of results.
• Defining cost allocation models and profitability logic, including the judgement required around these models.
• Experience defining KPI and management reporting frameworks and securing agreement on definitions across business units and regions.
• Credibility with CFO, FP&A and Controller audiences, demonstrated through owning and driving decisions.
