Tether is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager in Barcelona to support its global audit program. This role involves assessing internal controls and risk management practices in a dynamic digital-asset environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in internal audit, preferably from a Big 4 firm, and possess strong knowledge of blockchain technology. Successful candidates will provide independent assurance and promote a strong risk culture within the organization.

Formación

• 5–8 years of internal audit or assurance experience in financial and operational risk.
• Big 4 or top-tier consulting background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain and digital asset frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute risk-based audits across financial and operational areas.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with departments to validate observations and mitigate risks.
