YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote, contractor role to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You'll apply your accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior experience in AI training or human-data work is required. The work involves evaluating AI outputs, annotating financial records, and ensuring accuracy across platforms such as

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial accounting or FP&A with accounting responsibilities.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and similar systems.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Experience in AI training or data annotation is required.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses; create realistic accounting scenarios for AI training.
