Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI-driven accounting projects. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, review financial statements, and ensure accurate journal entries across leading ERP platforms.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, data quality, and clear, actionable feedback for model improvement. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, and other major financial systems.

Qualifications

• Must have strong accounting knowledge and experience with financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero or Dynamics 365 is required or beneficial.
• Familiarity with tools like BlackLine, Ramp, Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Financial Systems & Accounting Experts to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You'll apply your accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior experience in AI training or human-data work is required. Simply using AI features within accounting software does not qualify.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday, or comparable financial systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with tools such as BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet project quality standards and deadlines.
