Veeva Systems is seeking a Field Marketing Associate / Associate Manager to join a high-growth SaaS team. You will help develop and execute field marketing plans, coordinate events, webinars, and customer communications, and collaborate across product marketing, creative, and digital teams to drive programs.

The role emphasizes hands-on campaign execution, event logistics, reporting with Marketo and analytics tools, and content development for social and internal channels.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience in marketing campaigns and an interest in events/community building.
• Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tool.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects under aggressive timelines.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Well organized with very high attention to detail.
• Proficient in delivering content via social media tools, including LinkedIn.
• Growth minded and a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of field marketing plans, including event and webinar logistics, customer conference support, and customer communications.
• Help organize and coordinate Veeva and industry events, including logistics, communications, app management, and reporting.
• Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (Marketo, Lynx, Matomo, Sigma, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams (product marketing, creative, content, product, communications, digital) to manage field marketing components.
• Assist in development and editing of marketing content including social posts, videos, templates, and other program materials.
• Support execution and optimization of outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers via LinkedIn and other channels.
