Veeva is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Associate Manager/Manager for its MedTech team to execute regional marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and pipeline growth. You will collaborate with Strategy and Account teams to align territories and drive demand generation, events, and digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead programs across lead gen, email, social, advertising, and webinars, while ensuring data integrity and measurable results.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high growth SaaS startup marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT), LinkedIn, and marketing automation platforms.
• Well organized with high attention to detail.
• Growth-oriented team player with positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Experience working with Marketo, Sigma, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Third-party vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of annual field marketing plans and activities.
• Lead a diverse mix of marketing programs, including lead generation, email, social media, advertising, and digital initiatives.
• Own logistics and execution for regional events, including trade shows, executive dinners, workshops, and webinars.
• Write compelling, value-driven, and customer-led copy that drives engagement and conversion.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to bring field marketing programs to life.
• Track and measure program performance, optimizing against objectives and budget.
• Maintain database completeness through accurate lead imports and data hygiene.
