Job summary

Hlx Life Sciences is seeking experienced CRAs for Spain and Germany to support ongoing clinical development programmes. This remote, field-based role includes managing a portfolio of investigational sites and regular travel.

You will monitor sites in accordance with ICH-GCP, perform SDV and protocol checks, and serve as the main contact for investigators. Collaboration with CTMs, CPMs and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CRA in a pharma, biotech or CRO setting.
• A track record of independent on-site monitoring across the full study lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP.
• Comfort juggling multiple sites and competing priorities.
• Based in Spain or Germany, with fluent local language skills.
• Flexibility to travel regularly to sites.

I’m partnering with a clinical-stage biotech to find experienced CRAs in SPAIN and GERMANY to support their ongoing clinical development programmes.

Respiratory trial experience is a strong plus, but CRAs from adjacent therapeutic areas with transferable monitoring experience are very welcome to apply.

Remote, field-based with regular site travel

Germany: 0.4 FTE, increasing to 1.0 FTE in the new year
