Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned Contract Manager/Legal Counsel to support Grid Technologies on large-scale projects. You will analyze contracts, identify risks, negotiate agreements, and advise project leadership on contract strategies.

This role acts as a key escalation point for complex contractual issues and requires travel domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience with complex contracts, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Spanish and

• 1–5 years of proven experience in handling complex contracts while managing multiple projects.
• Self-driven with ability to formulate logical, pragmatic approaches and recommendations.
• Strong negotiation skills to support a matrixed negotiating team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Language level (B2/C1) in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice and support for customer contracts, consortium agreements, and sub-contracts to safeguard Siemens Energy’s rights.
• Assist in contractual and commercial matters, including change orders and drafting relevant correspondence.
• Identify technical, commercial, and contractual aspects to support claim strategies.
• Contribute to pursuing and defending claims by collecting project records and pertinent facts.
• Collaborate with legal teams to substantiate facts for quantum, extension of time, and defenses in arbitration.
