Drees & Sommer España seeks an experienced Specialist IT Endpoint Management to support internal users across regions. You will help shape secure endpoint architectures, manage deployments, and ensure compliant, resilient digital workplaces.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Endpoint Management, IT operations, or advanced IT support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.
• Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance concepts.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High level of English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Develop and design a highly secure endpoint management environment with target architectures and governance models.
• Embed security, compliance, and regulatory requirements into endpoint architectures and processes.
• Evaluate, design, and implement new endpoint technologies to improve the digital workplace.
• Lead endpoint management projects from planning through deployment.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for complex incidents and problems.
• Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and permanent resolutions.
• Configure and optimize device policies, compliance policies, and security controls.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and coordinate remediation activities.
• Support onboarding, provisioning and device lifecycles for end users.
• Oversee software packaging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management for apps.
• Troubleshoot deployment and device management issues; validate configurations.
• Participate in pilots, automation, and continuous service improvements.
• Coordinate with external providers and internal teams for endpoint topics.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standards.
