Boston Scientific is seeking an EP Field Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical product support and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales teams across assigned geographies. The role focuses on safe use of EP products, case coverage, and clinical case support.

The incumbent will educate customers, attend hospital cases for EP system support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals while traveling as required.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (B2 or higher).
• Fluent in local language (C1 minimum).
• Willingness to travel extensively as required by workload.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
• Educates customers and internal staff on EP device usage through presentations and demonstrations across formats.
• Attends cases in hospital labs for case support and development of EP systems and components.
• Provides initial and continuous training for development teams and sales representatives on EP products and processes.
• Travels to identify clinical needs and discuss how Boston Scientific products can meet goals with physicians and hospital staff.
• Builds relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers for future sales.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints by coordinating with sales, clinical research, marketing, and technical support to develop optimal solutions.
