Jobgether SRL is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant based in Spain for a fully remote engagement. The role bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams, facilitating workshops in German, documenting requirements in German, and reporting updates in English.

You will lead discovery sessions, assess processes, and translate needs into functional solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service. Ideal candidates have 6–7 years of experience and strong stakeholder management.

Competenze

• 6–7 years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functional consultant or CRM business analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English, with documented German functional deliverables.

Mansioni

• Lead requirements gathering and business process workshops with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Analyse processes and deliver fit-gap assessments for Dynamics 365 configuration.
• Translate requirements into target processes and functional solution designs.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and align with programme objectives.
• Support testing, validation, and user adoption during implementation.
• Communicate findings and risks to the programme team in English.
