MoveWise is a fast-growing digital company helping international clients obtain visas and residency in Spain and Italy. We are hiring two Digital Nomad Visa Lawyers to manage client cases from start to finish, acting as trusted advisors and collaborating with tax advisors and internal teams.

You will navigate immigration requirements, review documentation, and ensure compliance with Spanish regulations while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Law Degree (or equivalent legal background).
• Experience or strong interest in immigration law.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Comfortable using digital tools and AI to improve efficiency while always reviewing outputs critically.
• Fresh graduates with outstanding motivation are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage Digital Nomad Visa applications from start to finish.
• Advise clients on immigration requirements and coordinate with tax specialists when needed.
• Review legal documentation and ensure compliance with Spanish immigration regulations.
• Communicate with Spanish public authorities and relevant institutions.
• Manage multiple client cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.
• Keep accurate records using our internal systems.
• Stay up to date with changes in immigration law and administrative procedures.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience throughout the entire process.
