Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on travel/hospitality or e-commerce.
• Proven ROI-driven campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) to maximize ROI and acquisition.
• Manage website/e-commerce experiences to optimize user journey and conversions.
• Lead content strategy and production for website, blog, and social channels.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and growth objectives.
• Monitor trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and optimization areas.
