Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Digital Assets based in Europe. The role is client-facing, focusing on helping financial institutions navigate the evolving digital asset and regulatory landscape.

You'll work with banks, CASPs, custodians, and regulators across Europe, translating complex compliance and risk challenges into clearly scoped solutions and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing consulting, solutions consulting, business development, compliance, risk, regulatory, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, technology environments, pain points, regulatory obligations, and business needs.
• Document client requirements and insights in the client’s terminology to inform product and commercial decisions.
• Translate client discoveries into actionable input for Product and Business Development teams to shape roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with Business Development during client meetings and regulatory discussions, owning solution design and engagement delivery.
• Present products and services to senior compliance, risk, regulatory, and executive audiences in a clear, consultative manner.
• Convert client challenges into well-defined proposals with clear scope, deliverables, timelines and outcomes.
• Lead advisory engagements including licensing-readiness reviews and regulatory gap analyses.
