• Demonstrated experience spearheading and growing community initiatives within Web3 ecosystems.
• Proven experience leading Web3 communities across social platforms.
• Strong track record of developing community growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and ecosystem dynamics.
• Knowledge of current Web3 trends and community behaviors.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural engagement skills.
• Creative, proactive approach to content and participation initiatives.
• Strong project coordination and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow a vibrant global community presence across social networks and Web3 platforms.
• Manage regular community engagement across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, keeping conversations active and welcoming.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase participation and retention.
• Organize and execute community events to strengthen ecosystem connections.
• Act as a visible, proactive, and authentic community representative.
• Create engaging content, memes, campaigns to stimulate participation.
• Identify influential community members and empower them to contribute.
• Monitor sentiment, trends, and opportunities across the Web3 landscape.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives with clear priorities and deadlines.
• Build relationships with developers, creators, and other ecosystem participants.
