Job summary

Albatross is seeking a Deployment Strategist who loves turning data into visible results. You will own deployments from the first data drop to launch day, validating data, building dashboards, and chasing issues. After onboarding, you’ll manage end-to-end deployment workflows across Europe.

You’ll gather and validate data, review quality checks, run analyses, manage the pipeline, and support negotiations with data insights. English fluency and European work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytics skills with real-world data handling.
• Experience building and reading dashboards.
• Excellent client-facing communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer deployment relationship end-to-end: timeline, data, analyses, and reporting.
• Gather and validate customer data, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely, correct formats.
• Review automated data-quality checks and flag anomalies.
• Run and report on data-adequacy analyses to confirm data readiness for deployment.
• Manage the deployment pipeline end-to-end (workflows, training, go-live).
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking deployment health and A/B test results.
• Support the commercial team with data and analysis during negotiations.
