Reboot Monkey, a global IT solutions leader, seeks a Freelance Data Center Technician to deliver on-demand support for data centers worldwide. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers and networking gear while coordinating with remote teams, ensuring high availability and performance.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on Cisco/Juniper experience, Windows and Linux proficiency, and familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). Flexible hours and remote collaboration are offered.

Formación

• 3+ years of data center operations experience, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and networking gear.
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, or CompTIA Linux+ are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and other hardware to ensure uptime.
• Monitor data center operations remotely and on-site, diagnose issues and minimize downtime.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking devices (Cisco/Juniper) and security controls.
• Manage Linux and Windows systems, apply updates and security patches.
• Document installations, repairs, and performance for remote teams.
