Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Madrid Center of Excellence, focusing on SAS/SQL programming and providing analyses for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role involves working remotely within Spain, collaborating with an international team and delivering client-ready reports.

You will conduct strategic analyses, evaluate secondary data, and contribute to reports and presentations for top clients.

Qualifications

Degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, (bio)informatics, mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, or a comparable field.
Relevant experience in data analysis, biostatistics, or epidemiology and knowledge of at least one statistical programming language.
Programming in SAS or knowledge in the analysis of healthcare data is a plus.
Confident in German and English client conversations; strong communication skills.
Team player in international, multidisciplinary teams; proficient with Office tools.

Responsibilities

Perform strategic analyses (recurrent and ad hoc) to derive trends and actionable recommendations from qualitative and quantitative data.
Evaluate secondary data on markets, physicians, patients, and competitive products.
Collaborate with our pharma clients' business intelligence units and deliver client reports.
Create reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
