Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a Data Analyst with SAS/SQL programming skills and fluency in German. You will join the Real-World Solutions team delivering analyses and client deliverables for pharmaceutical and healthcare projects.

You will work in a multicultural, international team, communicating in German and English, and you may perform analyses and create reports with Excel and PowerPoint. Remote work from Spain is available.

Qualifications

Completed degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, (bio)informatics, mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, or a comparable field.
Relevant experience in data analysis, biostatistics, or epidemiology and knowledge of at least one statistical programming language.
Programming in SAS or knowledge in the analysis of healthcare data is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and quality, customer- and solution- oriented approach.
Confident in German and English client conversations; strong communication skills.
Team player in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
Proficient with Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and organize analytical tasks within a project team.
Knowledge or experience in areas like SAS, database studies, data mining, pharma/life sciences

Responsibilities

Performing strategic analyses to derive trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for clients.
Evaluating secondary data on markets, physicians, pharmacists, patients, and products.
Collaborating with top pharma clients' BI units.
Creating reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
