Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Data Analyst with SAS/SQL programming skills and fluent German for our Madrid Center of Excellence. You will work in the Real-World Solutions team, analyzing data from pharmaceutical and healthcare projects and delivering client reports.

The role focuses on performing strategic analyses, collaborating with project managers, and creating clear presentations. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus, and you will join a multicultural, dynamic team in a Spain-based remote

Qualifications

Completed degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, (bio)informatics, mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, or a comparable field of study.
Relevant experience in data analysis, biostatistics, or epidemiology and knowledge of at least one statistical programming language.
Programming in SAS is a plus and experience with healthcare data is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and an outcome-focused, customer-oriented approach.
Fluent in German; good English communication, both written and spoken.
Team player capable of integrating into an international, multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and manage analytical tasks within a project.

Responsibilities

Performing strategic analyses to derive trends and actionable recommendations from qualitative and quantitative data.
Evaluating secondary data on markets, physicians, patients, and products.
Collaborating with client BI units and delivering client-facing reports and presentations.
Creating reports, presentations, and other client deliverables for pharmaceutical/healthcare projects.
