Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. This remote role requires Danish fluency at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, with full-time hours and a 14-month salary schedule of €1,300 gross per month, plus a performance bonus up to 20% of the monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Danish language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2–C1, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in a fast-paced international environment with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, or returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and offer effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and keep accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and professional, customer-focused support.
