WW Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Client Service Advisor to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend shifts per project.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guiding customers through orders, payments, and deliveries while maintaining CRM records. Fluency in Danish and strong English, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are required to deliver professional

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Danish.
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, or returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused service.
