Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support customers across international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts.

You will provide support via phone, email, and chat; handle orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns; use CRM to maintain records; training is fully paid, onboarding is comprehensive, and relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Danish language level C1/C2 is required.
• English level B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.

Job description

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Danish – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
