MoneyDuct is hiring a Crypto Payment Operations Specialist to support payment workflows, transaction monitoring, settlement tracking, reporting, and process improvement across crypto and digital finance environments. This remote role based in Spain focuses on crypto payments, digital assets, stablecoins, and fintech infrastructure.

You will monitor activity, maintain trackers, escalate issues, and prepare insights across blockchain networks, digital wallets, and payment platforms.

Formación

• 3+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (properties, lifecycle stages, workflows).
• Strong demand-gen and funnel understanding.
• Ability to build dashboards translating data into insight.
• Knowledge of marketing attribution and UTM governance.
• GDPR and data privacy knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with structured problem-solving.
• Ability to own end-to-end processes and document them.

Responsabilidades

• Support crypto payment operations, digital wallet transactions, stablecoin flows, payment initiation workflows, settlement monitoring, and blockchain-based financial activity.
• Monitor transaction status, payment delays, wallet activity, reconciliation items, operational exceptions, and payment processing issues.
• Prepare payment operations reports, transaction summaries, workflow updates, payment notes, risk observations, and process documentation.
• Maintain organized trackers for payments, wallets, transaction logs, reconciliation files, operational issues, settlement activity, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with team members on payment operations, process optimization, reporting improvements, issue resolution, and fintech infrastructure initiatives.
• Track developments across crypto payments, stablecoins, blockchain networks, digital wallets, fintech platforms, PSD2-related payments, and Web3 financial infrastructure.
• Support compliance-aware operations by escalating unusual transaction patterns, documentation gaps, payment workflow issues, or transaction process concerns when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment workflows, settlement tracking, operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and transaction processing quality
