Lever, Inc. is seeking a CRO Executive based in Spain to drive conversion rate optimization for leading ecommerce brands.

You will partner with CRO consultants, designers, developers, and clients to translate data into measurable improvements through analytics, experimentation, and strategy. Initially you will support senior consultants and gradually own optimization roadmaps, client meetings, and account direction.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive ownership mindset with ability to drive next steps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actions.
• Experience working with Shopify.
• Experience using GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Genuine interest in Ecommerce and CRO.
• Motivation to grow into CRO Consultant role; agency experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals, customer needs, website performance, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics, user insights, reviews, competitor analysis, and industry research.
• Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations that explain the problem, proposed improvements, and expected business impact.
• Help build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact, evidence, priorities, and effort.
• Own assigned initiatives from discovery through implementation, QA, launch and review.
• Coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams and translate recommendations into briefs.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates, and follow up on actions.
• Progressively lead client meetings and manage client relationships.
