Syneos Health in Madrid seeks an experienced CRA II with oncology (lung) study background to support remote monitoring and sponsor collaboration. This role emphasizes site management, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of CRA experience, GCP knowledge, and strong communication skills, with willingness to travel up to 75% as required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as CRA.
• Oncology (lung) phases I experience required.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote) with compliance.
• Verifies informed consent, protects confidentiality, and safeguards data integrity.
• Reviews ISF/TMF, supports site training, and tracks actions to resolution.
• Ensures IP handling per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of ICH/GCP and company SOPs.
